No. We do offer many organic products but not all are organic. The word “Organic” must be printed on the bag.

While oats are naturally gluten-free, they often come in contact with wheat, barley, and rye as the oat supply moves from the farmers’ fields to our mills. Grain Millers is proud to offer a full line of certified gluten-free oat products to help our customers meet the needs of the gluten-free community.
The shelf life for our products ranges from 6 months to 2 years, if stored in a cool, dry area. Please consult the specification document or COA for your specific product.
The production date can be found on the back, bottom, or gusset of the bag (Example: 171201O = Produced on December 01, 2017 in Oregon.)

“Old-Fashioned” is a term referring to either Regular Rolled or Thick Rolled Oats. We offer 5-lb Old-Fashioned Oats and 25-lb, 50-lb, and 2000-lb Regular and Thick Rolled Oats packages.
No. Only heat and municipal water are added.
85% dry basis is our minimum and we offer fibers as high as 90%.
